Davis, a town of about 65,000 people, is located in Yolo County, in the heart of the California's Central Valley. This is prime agricutural land, 15 minutes from the state Capitol of Sacramento, but just an hour from big-city San Francisco. The real estate here ranges from condominiums, duplexes, and single family homes of all sizes, to farms, ranches, lots, and open acreage.
